Abstract:
The essence of methodist`s professional competencies were revealed, as far as requirements for their professional competencies, and the model of continuous professional trainers in reginal educational complexes. Are determined the requirements for methodist′s individual features, which ensure his/her readiness for professional activities. The relationship was revealed of methodical work results with level of methodologists involvement into continuous process of qualification growth. It was proved, that implementation of competence-based approach needs is system changes in all-over education spheres, related to new role of methodologist, which are today determined by including the transition from knowledge, activities and methods translation to design of individual routes of intellectual and personal development of themselves and of each student, as subject of interaction. This transition is bordered with a fundamental new assessment procedures, that are adequate to peculiarities of personal experience acquired by methodists.
