Abstract:
Here the features are discussed of process of social and psychological adaptation while entering the profession among coaches-trainers and effectiveness of their further professional activity in relation to Water Sports. Such problem points were identified of adaptation passage, as lack of: emotional comfort, self-confidence, self-reliance, confidence in relationships with colleagues and students. Were identified also the personal characteristics, influenceв on the level of socio-psychological adaptation of the profession, such as: anxiety, self-doubt, deficits of autonomy in decision-making, and in self-control ability. The formative experiment showed importance of structural strategies as an element of competence-oriented educational process, in relation to coaches training and education on Water Sports.
