Istratenkova. [Professional self-awareness of managers as a factor in the success of institution management: Abstract of master's thesis]

Abstract:
The author first described process of professional self-conscience and professional identity becoming among students – future managers from the perspective of psychosemantic approach. The following working hypotheses were confirmed: 1) about the relationship between becoming of students manager′s professional self-conscience upon the learning process in high school and overcoming the contradictions between professionally meaningful system of values and the values of social consciousness; 2) about the existence of gender differences in this relationships; 3) about professional self-conscience of managers as a real factor in successful management of the institution.
