Kosheleva. [The management style of the head of the preschool institution as a factor in the socio-psychological climate in the team]

Abstract:
The study is dedicated to connection between preschool facility management style and socio psychological climate in teaching staff. Actuality of this work is predicated by growing numbers of preschool facilities, wide public and special scientific interest to quality and content of preschool educational programs, which highly depends on teacher's and manager's work features. Described experiment was conducted on 86 subjects from 3 preschools. Manager's working styles, personal features and socio psychological climate in particulate facility. Provided results might be used for further research on preschool management efficiency.
