Krestyaninova. [Burnout syndrome among co-workers engaged in banking and management]

Abstract:
Here are a theoretical overview of some problems, associated with the formation of burnout syndrome, it′s features among co-workers in management of the banking sector, with role of individual psychological state, and empirical study with analyzing the effect of psychological characteristics on formation of this syndrome. It was shown that emotional burnout among representatives of communication professions, is in fact a complex of mental experiences that reduce the level of earning capacity, physical and psychological well-being, career. Formation of such complex can be prevented by prophylaxy measures, which enhance personal resources. Among these preventive measures – is the perception of burnout as an opportunity to review and re-evaluate his/her own lives, to make it a more useful and more effective. According to the results, recommendations were revealed, which can be used by banks and companies, so to optimize the psychological status and effectiveness of every employer.
