Abstract:
Author learn the specifics of professional self-determination between students of 1st and 4th year in classical college, which trains psychologists, and the change dynamics at the end of training (for 3—4 year baccalaureate). Here were identified three lines of such changing: "motivation of professional activity", "professional values", "self-image". It was shown that in the third bachelor-year, number of indicators in professional self-determination became reduced. The greatest differences were founded among students in motivational and evaluative components, what may indicate an increase of "egocentric dominance" at the end of training. Motivation of professional work, as a component of professional self-determination of students, was linked to the spiritual and moral motivation, the growth of which was observed by the end of training. Professional plans of students were linked to their perceptions of themselves as students and future professionals, and were pleased to studying at the university.
