Mikhaylova. [Personality traits and a penchant for Downshifting]

Abstract:
The psychological phenomenon of Downshifting was systematically described here. An overview of sociological and psychological researchers on this problem, the traditional view of human services and employers in person with daunshifter features were submitted in this investigation. Author consider the variety and differences in field of Downshifting in West countries and Russia. In the empirical study, the social group identified as daunshifters, was characterized by several dominant personality traits: lack of perseverance, impulsiveness, carelessness, avoidance of external impressions, avoidance of outside attention, the lack of artistry, carelessness and introversions.
