Abstract:
Here were investigated the psychological causes of status-nature conflict in early school-years, as "eternal" psycho-pedagogical and social phenomenon. It was shown that significant impact on such status appearance and its resolution in early- school years, may take place due to factors of: "striving for positive and lack of tendency to positive", "interpersonal communication", "personal orientation", "striving for the best." In formal and informal leaders the realistic, not exaggerated estimation of themselves and their peers was observed, they were sweet-tempered, positive and loyal to others, tried to avoid conflicts. In contrast, inflated self-esteem and a high level of claims in children with low popularity within group, says that they were unrealistic estimate their abilities, attitudes to peers. To resolve the conflict, teacher must be able to organize students for collective training activities, enhancing the no-nonsense relationships between them.
