Abstract:
Author studied the behavioral strategies in conflict situations, depending on the co-worker′s status and on the whole psychological climate in commercial and public- educational institutions. It was shown, that the dominant behavioral strategy in conflicts are: in govermental-educational institution — the adaptation, in commercial organization — the cooperation. Accordingly to such dominants, commercial organization′s co-workers do not use coercion, departure, concession, whereas government-educational institution′s co-workers use all kinds of strategies in different proportions. Correlation analysis was done in pairs of conflict behavior strategies accordingly with structure of co-worker`s status-role and with psychological climate. In govermental-educational institute the climate was quite favorable, and in the commercial one it was extremely favorable. The differences were due to unity and interchangeability of co-workers in commercial organization, and differentiation of them in govermental- educational institution.
