Abstract:
Here is revealed the problem of professional self-determination of high-school students with external and internal locus of control. The study involved 100 adolescents, grades of 10—11, in secondary schools of Moscow and Votkinsk. We measured relationships of locus control with motivation and professional installation among teenagers. It was found that schoolers with external and internal locuses of control have different choice profession motives. The work hypothesis was confirmed, that locus of control influence the professional self-determination in adolescence aging, include awareness of professional choices.
