Romanova. [The emotionally-personal features of patients with genetically determined violation of musculoskeletal system]

Abstract:
The problem of effective psychological support for teenager in a situation of chronic disease was studied. For this aim, author investigate the psychological portrait of teenage–hospital patients with a genetically-caused disorders of the musculoskeletal system (named, muscular dystrophy). The features of internal illness-health picture, emotional-personal sphere of such teenagers were described. These characters, as it turned out, lie in: low level of sensitivity to their own experiences, mild emotional excitability and intensity of emotions, a high level of control over emotions, reducing pin, a low level of self-acceptance. Strengths and weaknesses aspects of their psychological portraits were differentiated, in assumption that it can help to optimize preventive and corrective work in hospital and outside.
