Saprykina. [Conflict in adolescents in a multicultural educational environment: Abstract of a master's thesis]

Abstract:
The features of conflict behavior in adolescents within multi- and mono-cultural educational environment was investigated. It was shown that in a multicultural educational environment among Georgian adolescents, as far as among Russian ones, no predominant strategy of behavior was revealed in conflict with other ethnic groups; while, at the level of perceived discrimination against Russian decreases and negatively correlated with resistance to the conflict; Georgians in a multicultural educational environment increases the level of perceived discrimination. In monocultural educational environments Russians have dominated compromise-strategy against members of ethnic groups that do not have permanent direct interaction, without a clear strategy of behavior in relation to each other.
