Abstract:
An organization culture phenomenon is considered as an important setting of company efficiency. This work analyzes it’s single elements, that might rise or reduce organizational efficiency. Experimental part of this research was conducted on Ostankino township Council. Both positive and negative parts moments are analyzed.
