The work is dedicated to analysis of substantial aspects of hypnosis use in psychological consulting. Respondents struggle with description of hypnotic phenomena in consulting. It was established that general consulting techniques are related to trance techniques. Context of hypnosis use and its combination with different psychotherapeutic approaches was examined.
