Tarasova. [Features of world-picture in high-school age with different characteristics of Self-concept]

Abstract:
The age- and psychological features of world-picture in high school age were investigated. Here were revealed the relationships between degree of positivity world-view characteristics and self-concept features, such as selfrelation and self-esteem. In group of high school ages with a high degree of positive world-picture, only self-esteem was associated with a positive picture of the world; that fact can talk about a certain centrality of high school ages on themselves. It was shown that the higher level of self-esteem and attitude towards themselves, is connected with the higher degree of positivity of such elements picture of the world, as a I'm -meaningful image, and a society meaningful image, while no associative links of significant connects with a positive nature image were founded.
