Tsygankova. [Technology expertise as factor of pedagogical skills development among teachers in preschool educational institution]

Abstract:
Author study the function of expertise for determining compliance with the requirements of educational standards and quality of educational process, as factor in development of pedagogical teacher′s skills, by the example of pre-school organizations. The context of their professional competencies was disclosured in field of preschool education, and the structure of the examination of these competencies. The program was developed and approved of development of pedagogical competence by workers of preschool educational system. The program was built on principle of training, which was based on system of developmental andragogical training, with specificity to the work of teachers and professional deformations.
