Vlchev. [Psychological portrait of a teenager - an active user of social networks: Abstract of a master's thesis]

Abstract:
In view of the relevance of such problem as social networks impact on the adolescent′s psychological state, here is requests a scientific description of their psychological portrait. The adolescent between 12-15 agers - active user of social networks – may be characterized through five clusters which differ in kinds for meeting his needs of spiritual (internal) and material (physical) values. It is shown, that the most volumetric cluster (about 40% of the sample) is equally focused on the implementation of these two directions. For these teenagers social networks are a means of entertainment, they are consumers in nature and are not inclined to deep and intensive intellectual activity, as far as any creative researchers. The most balanced cluster with absolute priority for internal and non-material needs and with high level of cognitive needs, takes only 11% within the sample.
