Zgonik. [Interrelation of intercultural competence and structure of values of teachers of secondary education: Abstract of master's thesis]

Abstract:
The relationship of intercultural competence and structure of teacher values complex was Investigated. Teachers with low level of intercultural competence consider optional for the most important cross-cultural communication values, putting them on the last place. Teachers with high level of acceptance and adaptation to changing conditions of training and education, in the intercultural environment put the most important values for intercultural communication on the first place. Teachers for which are important values of self-control, education and adoption of someone else's point of view, show a high level of intercultural competence in process of training and education.
