Zvereva. [Features of coping with difficult life situations in adolescents at risk: Abstract master's thesis]

Abstract:
Research were conducted on two experimental groups: ordinary adolescents and their peers from risk group. It was discovered that teenagers from risk group tend to use less productive coping strategies leading to deviant behavior. Author describes main stressful factors for both groups: relationships with peers for normal, family relationships and self-esteem issues for risky group teenagers. Their special personality traits and factors of coping strategies establishment and change are described.
