Abstract:
A. N. Leontiev gave an in-depth analysis of activity and consciousness and outlined approaches to understanding personality psychology. However, personality can be characterized only in the system of interpersonal relations in joint collective activity. The solution to this problem went beyond the tasks that A. N. Leontiev solved in the last years of his life. Hence, there is a need to develop this problem further, working in the same theoretical and methodological key of the activity approach. The author of the article suggests considering personality as a part of the system of subject-object-subject and subject-subject-object relations.
