Abstract:
The work is devoted to the study of changes occurring in the characteristics and manifestations of professional burnout syndrome among educational psychologists in the educational environment after the implementation of a psychoprophylaxis program. The relevance of the problem lies in the fact that educational psychologists belong to a group of professions with an increased risk of developing professional burnout syndrome due to the specific nature of the activity associated with constant stress, the need to interact with a large number of people, and the requirement of constant self-control, often accompanied by stress. The results obtained and the developed program can be used within the framework of the activities of social and psychological services of educational institutions.
