Abstract:
The relevance of the study lies in the fact that eating disorders today represent a very important problem, which is the focus of attention of researchers from various scientific fields, due to the fact that eating behavior is understood as the basic behavior of an individual, which is necessary for his survival and existence, and in the case when deviations occur in this behavior, absolutely all areas of a person`s life suffer. In accordance with all of the above, an original program was developed to provide psychological assistance to adolescents in situations of eating disorders associated with problems in the family. The analysis of scientific research and the results obtained led to the conclusion that a program for providing psychological assistance to adolescents in situations of eating disorders associated with problems in the family will be effective if the following conditions are implemented: before developing the program, the characteristics of eating disorders will be identified; the main direction of the program will be focused on reducing anxiety, eliminating violations of socialization processes, reducing the severity of feelings of loneliness and correcting problems in relationships with others; The main methods of psychological assistance will be cognitive behavioral therapy, art therapy and collective creative activity within the framework of interpersonal therapy aimed at eliminating problems in relationships with others.
