Abstract:
It was shown that the institution of secondary general education is an integral organization and there is consistency between student and pedagogical collectives within the educational institution. Each school is unique in combining elements of the socio-psychological situation, that is, its cultural model, and in its predominant most favorable component of socio-psychological climate, while the other components are vague or negative. A number of non-random direct and inverse relationships of the elements of the socio-psychological situation were revealed. Organizational culture has a relationship with the socio-psychological climate in general, and with its individual components, while the style of leadership is more correlated with individual components of the socio-psychological climate. Recommendations for leaders, teachers and staff of the school psychological service were developed here.
