Abstract:
Informal intragroup structure in classes from first to fifth is estimated by form masters as stable and unchangeable – teachers do not usually see dynamics. First-grade informal relationship are based on teacher’s attitude towards children, but in the third grade it starts to change. Some students obtain high status despite teacher’s disapproval. Teachers see informal relationship in first grade adequately, but starting from the third grade their vision starts to conflict reality.
