Abstract:
The work is devoted to the theory of personality self-development as a system philosophical construct as far as educational resources, which now found its place in the teaching of course about psychology of personality development. In a basis are the submission of L.Vygotsky about cognitive potential of person. In details, with examples of philosophical schools of all over the world, - begining from antiquity, - is considered the dynamics of self-developmental in world-view, self-determination, the formation of values system, coping behaviors. In light of the Erikson theory of psychosocial development about role-experimentation, author discuss the hypothesis of a dominant meaning and motivational function of self-determination and "two-storied activity" in transition period from adolescence to young adults. Here are justifird the introduction of the concepts of self-reflection, self-determination and outlook, cognitive self-mastery means during personal development. The author's training materials -surveys, reflecting the main segments of the self-concept and scope of the relationship of the individual,- are pepresented.
