Abstract:
The article discusses the mechanisms of school maladaptation in children and adolescents with endogenous diseases (schizophrenia and cyclothymia). Pathogenetic causes of disorders, symptoms, personality changes and defensive reactions are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the issues of early diagnosis, disability prevention, and medical and pedagogical approaches to rehabilitation and continuous learning of patients in an educational environment.
