Abstract:
The dissertation is devoted to the current problem of overcoming the negative impact of the socio-economic crisis and deteriorating ecology on the health of the younger generation. The aim of this study is to develop and experimentally validate a model for implementing a socio-pedagogical approach to sports and fitness activities at an educational institution. The subject of this study is the socio-pedagogical approach to sports and fitness activities at schools. The hypothesis assumes the effectiveness of the approach provided that the interaction of the school with social institutions is improved, the educational potential of the family is realized, and the professional competence of teachers is increased. Sports and recreational activities are recognized as a leading area that promotes health, develops personal qualities of students, and prevents deviant behavior. The socio-pedagogical approach is implemented through the use of social resources to develop a healthy lifestyle culture in children and their families. The expected social effect includes increased involvement of children in school activities and the use of social resources.
