Abstract:
The relationships of senior communicative strategies with their successful group cooperation within student research humanity conferences were studied here. It was shown that a successful high school group interactions in field of humanitarian research conferences is caused by communicative tolerance, low severity of negative communication setup, the strategy of competent cooperation on an equal footing, and focus on cooperation in conflict situations. It was found that, on average, for a given population are typical: orientation to search for compromise in conflict, low intensity of communicative installation and high communicative tolerance, as well as tendency to associate strategy group interaction. At the level of individual evaluations, a fairly wide range of estimates was revealed, which allows for correlation analysis of strategies in group interaction with the efficiency of group seniors interaction.
