Kudryashova. [Safety of the educational environment as a factor of psychological well-being of teachers]

Abstract:
The peculiarities of psychological well-being of teachers in a safe educational environment are studied. The main problem of the research is the contradictions between the practical need to create an educational space for the realization of the creative potential of teachers and the psychologically successful functioning of their personality, on the one hand, and the lack of knowledge in this field, on the other hand. A positive attitude towards the educational environment as free from psychological violence in the interaction of subjects, satisfying their need for personal and trusting communication, ensures the psychological well-being of teachers, which is manifested in self-acceptance, positive relationships with others, autonomy, personal growth, optimism and self-efficacy.
