Lagova. [The advance of parent`s and teacher`s competences in matters of pre-prepare among high school students]

Abstract:
The questionnaires were developed and tested for teachers and parents, so to assess the level of competence′s current developments among participants in education (including students) on pre-enrolled preparation trends in basic general education. Recommendations were revealed too for the design of educational and developmental programs aimed at development of psycho-pedagogical competence among teachers and parents in matters of pre-prepare students at educational institution, in conditions of Federal State Educational Standards introduction. It was shown that teachers are different by levels of development of psycho-pedagogical, communicative competences and by commitment to professional development, while reducing level of two competences, and rarely all three competencies at the same time. The parent′s tendency was another — while reducing both the level of psycho-pedagogical and communicative competence at the same time.
