Abstract:
Here were studied the educational performance of pupils as a criterion for assessing of the educational institution effectiveness. It was confirmed, that the educational student′s performance have statistically confirmed correlation with financial, managerial and staff school parameters. It was shown too, that educational institutions with high-quality provision of mass secondary education are characterized by high occupancy, high number of employees with wage of high range (more than 75 thousand. rubles) with a maximum load of teachers. For educational institutions with high rates of conditions creation for talents development of main number of students, are characterized by different parameters, such as fewer pupils per one teacher, a higher number of external parts and their more large proportion of total staff number, a large number of employees with wages of lower range (less than 25 thousand. rubles), with a low teaching load.
