Abstract:
Here was presented the psychological-pedagogical analysis of the impact of information and educational environment to change the quality of education in younger schoolchildren. It was shown, that the development of metasubject- competencies among younger students is on nature dynamic process which has a stable trend in the quality of educational environment, that allow children to reach a new educational level. The system of project tasks works for the future of younger schoolboys, as a prototype of project activity in adolescent school stage, and contributes to a higher competency level of learning software content in elementary school. So, project tasks can be a tool for diagnosis and evaluation in primary school age, not only for subject knowledge and skills, teaching and subject competencies, but also as a personal metasubject competences, as results of student individual progress. Here were also listed some psychological and pedagogical conditions for effective tasks implementation, so to optimize the school educational space and the classroom ones.
