Abstract:
This thesis addresses the issue of psychological and pedagogical support for the educational research of primary school students, which is especially relevant in the context of modern educational requirements to develop students` skills for independent cognitive activities. The study emphasizes that primary school age is a sensitive period for developing cognitive abilities, creative potential, and research activity. The purpose of the study is to organize effective psychological and pedagogical support for educational research among primary school students. The research methods include theoretical analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, empirical methods (surveys, questionnaires), and psychodiagnostic techniques. An experimental study tested the hypothesis that effective support for educational research depends on active student engagement in research processes, development of their task-setting and hypothesis-formulation skills, and regular psychological and pedagogical support. The findings confirm that the use of project-based and game-based methods, practical data collection techniques (observation, experiments, analysis), and systematic support from teachers and psychologists contributes to fostering a research mindset in primary school students, as well as enhancing their independence and cognitive activity.
