Abstract:
The task of self-organization is not limited to arranging the external forms of group life — it is much deeper. The instability of attention, characteristic of most children in a special school, often completely paralyzes their mental activity in the event of unfavorable working conditions. The central task of self-organization within the group is the establishment by the children themselves of general conditions that ensure the planned educational work of the group. The task of the teacher of the first group is to educate a small group team. The principles of building a children`s council of an auxiliary school as a school-wide body are considered. Its task is to create a single life of the school worked out by the whole team, that is, the most rational organization of life and work. The content of the work of the commissions of the children`s council should also include the organization of children's leisure — school life should be filled with joy, freedom and ardent interest, otherwise all disciplinary decisions of school organizations remain alien to children.
