Abstract:
[Here is an essay on the creative scientific heritage of Y. Nekrasova ─ a method of group speech psychotherapy for the treatment of adolescents and adults with severe logoneurosis (stuttering). The essence of such method is revealed "in evoking, strengthening and consolidating the state of readiness for speech, and teaching patients the freedom to change their mental states, which contributes to full-fledged communication. The effectiveness of restoring disturbed communication is achieved here on the basis of a personal approach, which makes it possible to reveal the creative potential of real patient`s personality and create a deep motivational involvement in the logopsychotherapeutic process". An important role in this is played by the author's dynamic psychotherapeutic diagnostics, based on bibliotherapy. A set of psychological, pedagogical and psychotherapeutic principles of constructing the process of socio-rehabilitation in case of impaired communication was identified and substantiated.]
