Abstract:
[Since the late 1980s, the system of group logopsychotherapy by Yu. Nekrasova has been developed by us in the direction of family group logopsychotherapy. This system also acts as a complex unity of pedagogy, psychology, speech therapy and non-medical psychotherapy, and differs in that the entire complex of work on social person rehabilitation with impaired speech communication is carried out by one specialist — a family speech therapist, which largely changes the style and type of professional vision of reality. Stuttering itself, being communicative in nature, is “closed” psychologically to important areas of human life. We believe that the problem of stuttering should be solved with the help of a powerful support system, covering the individual and his immediate environment, as well as from parents, relatives, spouses involved in the correction of speech behavior. The significance of the inclusion of the immediate environment in the process of social rehabilitation at all its stages, as participants in the modeling of the future life, is argued. The statistics of the coverage of family group logopsychotherapy in the regions from 1993 to 2011 are given.]
