[This study is based on the understanding of language competence, as some psychological system that includes two main components: subject`s speech experience and knowledge about the language. The data, being obtained here, showed that the phonetic, morphological, lexical and syntactic language subsystems differ significantly between preschoolers and primary schoolchildren.]
