Rationale is determined by the dynamic nature of modern society, the growth of social and political contradictions, and the need to preserve national identity in a multinational country. Despite a significant number of studies, the specific features of national identity among vocational secondary education students remain underexplored. The research employs theoretical analysis, content analysis, and descriptive methods. Findings confirm the hypothesis that there are specific features of national identity among vocational secondary education students. The study identifies distinctive national traits (patience, resilience, cordiality), personal qualities (diligence, openness, hospitality), as well as symbolic, historical, and cultural components. This group demonstrates an orientation toward the traditional Russian way of life and emphasizes the importance of state symbols and recent historical events. Practical significance lies in the application of the obtained data for developing educational, social, and patriotic programs aimed at fostering national identity, expanding self-awareness, personal development, and socialization of students.

The dissertation research is devoted to the problem of developing communicative competence in primary school children through the use of art technologies. The theoretical significance of the work is due to the lack of research specifying the potential of art technologies as a means of developing specifically communicative competence, rather than only creative abilities of younger schoolchildren. An empirical study was conducted on a sample of 60 fourth-grade students using validated methods. Statistically significant positive changes were found in the experimental group after implementing the original "Communication in Colors" program: increased competent responses, increased dialogic communication, and improved communication skills, while decreasing unconstructive behavioral strategies.
