The relevance of the study is determined by the increasing importance of the quality of marital relationships and the maintenance of marital stability in modern conditions. Trust plays a special role as a key factor in the stability and effectiveness of interpersonal interaction between spouses. The aim of the study is to identify the specific features of interpersonal relationships and the level of trust in married couples with different lengths of marriage. The theoretical part examines approaches to the study of interpersonal relationships and reveals the role of trust in the structure of marital relationships. It is shown that trust influences marital stability and relationship satisfaction. The empirical study found that both groups demonstrate a high level of trust and dyadic adjustment. Spouses with a longer duration of marriage show a higher level of cohesion and more pronounced interrelations between the components of trust. It was also revealed that the structure of relationships changes depending on the length of marriage. Recommendations have been developed for enhancing trust and optimizing interpersonal relationships in married couples.

The thesis examines the components of self-awareness, resilience, and their interrelationships. Key components of self-awareness are analyzed: self-attitude, self-esteem, and locus of control. A personal resource—a disposition or integrative characteristic—of resilience, which helps individuals successfully overcome life's challenges, adapt to stress, and promote resilience and health, is examined. An empirical study was conducted, and the results confirmed the primary hypothesis that there is a strong direct relationship between the components of self-awareness and resilience. Furthermore, the additional hypothesis regarding differences between men and women in the characteristics of self-awareness components and resilience indicators was partially confirmed.
